Branch Sales Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Sales Manager to expand our team in Eastern Iowa. The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism, be a team-player with strong leadership skills and have the ability to change direction to meet the business needs.
Skills Candidates Must Have:
- Responsible for meeting personal sales goals.
- Manage the sales and operations of the branch office.
- Maintain a profitable branch through effective organization consisting of outstanding customer service and outside sales representatives.
- Directly develop and supervise 3 or more employees in the branch office.
- Carry out field training with employees in the communities served.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Work with team through coaching to develop and increase sales revenue to meet goals.
- Attend classroom and field training at corporate office.
- Assist corporate team with recruitment.
- Represent company at community/chamber events.
