Do I need to have experience in roofing?
No! Some of our most successful Iowa roofing
employees started with no knowledge of the industry and have quickly flourished. We have trainers to get you up-to-speed and feeling confident in your job. After the first few days of training, we will send you out with one of our experienced project managers to learn the ropes. From the start, all we ask is that you’re willing to learn, driven to succeed and comfortable with heights. Yes, you will be going up onto roofs to look for damage.
Our Training Process
We think you should give it a shot, so we’ve built a training program aimed at those who are still considering the job. Come give training a try and see what you think. We think that the great perks and support will keep you around.
We start with a few days of in-office training. This is where we go through our process, the ways to succeed in finding new projects, how to structure your day and more. One of the biggest success factors in our industry is communication, so we will help you hone in on those skills.
After we have wrapped up this portion of training, we send you out in the field with one of our trainers. You will begin by shadowing and watching our experienced project managers and sales team members work, but soon we let you step in. Our trainers will be there to provide tips and help you grow.
Once you’re confident in your work, we send you out to start helping people and making money.
